I'd no clue what to expect-I assume I assumed I would be obtaining a little something akin to uncut bacon. Erroneous! Much tastier, a lovely mix of the greatest pork taste While using the flexibility of bacon. I mixed a 5 spice Mix and roasted it-tasted similar to my favorite pork in pork fried rice. Delightful!The pork that I have eaten to this po
